I’m so happy with the fast, excellent service from this company. Toren arrived exactly on time and expertly “tuned up,” cleaned and lubricated my wonderful old elliptical machine. Plus, he carefully moved this heavy equipment from the laundry room to an inside room where there is much better air conditioning. He went right to business, knew exactly what he was doing and completed the job in about an hour. The elliptical now runs as smooth as butter—and I am left with a great improvement. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

He quickly identified the source of my issue after a move and trying to put the tread back together and got it taken care of. This was a Sole dispatched repair of a brand new F80 treadmill. The motor was faulty right out of the box. The communication was beyond outstanding — the appointment was scheduled as soon as part tracking info was available. Toren arrived just before his scheduled time, called ahead the night before and morning of. He was polite, professional, and personable. The repair was completed about as fast as is technically possible and the machine works perfectly. Toren took the time to adjust the belt tracking, which wasn't part of the repair, but needed it and he just made it right. High quality professionals do still exist and Toren from Heartbeat Fitness Repair is absolutely one of them. 5 Stars and 11 out of 10.
