The Problem

Heartbeat Fitness Repair was called to a BayCare Hospital Group facility to inspect a NuStep recumbent stepper experiencing problems with its seat assembly.

NuStep machines are commonly used in rehabilitation, physical therapy, cardiac rehabilitation, and other clinical settings because they provide a stable, low-impact exercise platform for patients with a wide range of mobility levels.

The equipment was then returned to the facility for continued use.
